Areas I Help With
Not everything you’re carrying has a clear name.
Sometimes it shows up as overthinking.
Sometimes as tension in your body.
Sometimes as patterns you can’t seem to break… no matter how aware you are.
You don’t have to fit yourself into a category to begin.
But if it helps to see it reflected somewhere, these are some of the experiences I support:
Anxiety, Stress & Overthinking
You might find yourself constantly thinking.
Replaying conversations.
Trying to make sense of everything… or preparing for what might go wrong.
This often shows up as anxiety, stress, or overthinking—
where your mind doesn’t really switch off, even when you want it to.
It can feel like you’re always “on.”
Always trying to manage something internally.
Over time, this can lead to restlessness, overwhelm, or difficulty sleeping.
This isn’t because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s often a sign that your system has learned to stay alert…
to anticipate, to protect, to stay one step ahead.
But what once helped you cope can start to feel exhausting.
In our work, we don’t try to silence your mind.
We work with the part of you that feels like it has to stay in control.
So your mind doesn’t have to carry everything on its own.
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone in it.
Nervous System Dysregulation, Chronic Stress & Physical Tension
Sometimes it’s not just in your thoughts.
It shows up in your body—
as tightness, discomfort, or a sense of unease you can’t fully explain.
This can be linked to nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress, or stored physical tension.
You might feel tired… but not fully able to rest.
Or uncomfortable… without a clear reason why.
This is often how your body holds onto what hasn’t been processed yet.
Not as a failure—
but as a form of protection.
In this space, we gently begin to listen to what your body has been holding.
Not to force release.
Not to push through.
But to create enough safety for things to soften, at their own pace.
You don’t have to disconnect from your body to cope anymore.
Self-Sabotage, Addictions & Repeating Patterns
You notice it happening again.
The same reactions.
The same situations.
The same outcomes you thought you had already worked through.
This often shows up as self-sabotage, addictive behaviours, or repeating emotional patterns.
Even when you understand it… it still happens.
That’s what makes it so frustrating.
Like awareness should have been enough—
but it isn’t.
That’s because these patterns don’t live only in your thoughts.
They’re often rooted deeper—
in what feels familiar, safe, or known to your system.
So instead of trying to “fix” the behaviour,
we begin to understand what’s underneath it.
What it’s protecting.
What it learned.
Why it keeps returning.
When that starts to shift,
the pattern doesn’t need to repeat in the same way.
Trauma, Inner Child Healing & Emotional Wounds
Some experiences don’t begin in the present.
They’re often rooted in trauma, unresolved emotional wounds, or early life experiences—
including what is often referred to as inner child healing.
Even if you’ve moved forward in life,
parts of those experiences can still stay with you.
In how you see yourself.
In your confidence.
In how safe you feel.
This might show up as self-doubt, fear, or a quiet sense of not feeling fully secure within yourself.
Not because you’re weak—
but because something in you had to adapt.
In our work, we don’t reopen wounds forcefully.
We create a space where those parts of you can be approached more gently—
with understanding, not pressure.
So healing doesn’t feel overwhelming.
Just… possible.
Intimacy Issues, Sexual Dysfunction & Relationship Difficulties
Sometimes the difficulty shows up in how you connect—with others or with yourself.
This can include intimacy issues, relationship challenges, or even sexual dysfunction.
You might find it hard to fully open up.
Or to feel safe being close to someone.
There can be distance… even when you care deeply.
Or confusion around your own needs, responses, or boundaries.
At times, your body and mind may not feel fully aligned in moments of closeness.
These experiences are more common than people realise.
And they’re not something to feel ashamed of.
They’re often connected to how safety, trust, and connection were experienced before.
In this space, we explore that gently.
So connection doesn’t feel like something you have to manage—
but something you can begin to experience more naturally.
Fertility, Womb Healing & Somatic Healing
Not everything fits into a clear category.
Some experiences are more personal—
like fertility journeys, womb healing, or deeper somatic healing work.
These are often not spoken about openly,
but they carry just as much emotional weight.
You might not always have the words for what you’re feeling.
That’s okay.
You don’t need to filter what you bring.
Or make it sound a certain way.
We simply start from where you are.
And move at a pace that feels right for you.
There is space for all of it here.
You don’t have to hold this on your own
If this resonates, you don’t have to keep navigating it by yourself.
You don’t need the perfect explanation.
And you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
You can take your time exploring…
or, when you feel ready, take the next step.
